no gas gauge

no gas gauge

I have a 89 2.9lfi ranger that has a gas gauge not working. I changed the plug on the gas tank but no go. Has anyone seen or heard of this prolem.

i have the same problem but with my 2.8 ive been working on if for a while but i have no luck.
