Ok, so far I have the K&N intake, 4" dp with side dump (no cats, no muffler), Diablo 3 position flip chip, 10K mod, tq lock, boost, pyro and tranny, gauges. What else is there aside from a turbo/intercooler upgrade that I can do?
I don't want to gut my EBPV as I live in Canada and winters get mighty cold here sometimes.
I remember reading something about an intake air warmer which can be removed thereby opening the intake flow?
Any other things I am missing? Is there a definitive list somewhere of mods which can be performed on the 7.3's?

I would look into some big injectors if you want to get more power. Note that if you decide to go down that road, you most likely will fry your transmission.
Yeah, I already have picked up some LPG line, a couple shut-off solenoids and some regulators, the master-arm switch is already wired. All I need to do there is get a tank and plumb everything. I think I am going to go with a frame mounted tank as I don't want to use up the bed.
Thanks for the ideas, both of these mods are in the works. I have worked on modding gas engines for years (currently building a twin turbo 5.0 for my 88 Mark VII w/WC 5-speed), but I can honestly say I have never had as much fun modding stuff as I have my PSD. Thanks to all here for all the enthusiasm and GREAT ideas.
ive been told that water/meth is better than propane b/c of several reasons...1)lower egts...2)the system is about $200-$300 cheaper....3)the water/meth is cheaper than propane...just putting in my two cents
On the Dyno, with stock injectors, a tow rated Superchips chip, TYMAR open air intake and 5" exhaust...my Powershot2000 propane system gave me exactly 80 HP at the rear wheels.
I doubt very much that you will see that kind of gain with water/meth, but it certainly IS helpful in lowering EGT's. In my opinion, a water/meth is installed mainly for that reason, not for the few HP gains found.
That 80 HP at the rear wheels (obviously would show more at the flywheel) is definitely noticeable, and with a hotter chip, perhaps higher gains can be found as well.
I now have large enough injectors, that I really can't use my propane any more, but for those with injectors up to Stage I's, I believe propane can give great results.
