Adding winch cable loop.

Howdy All,

I'm getting extra cable for my winch and i need loops on both ends. However all the cable I have seen only has one factory loop. Will cable clamps make a strong enough connection, or do I need to get this done at a shop- and what kind of shop would do that? Aircraft matinence, Co-Op/ Farm Store, or tow truck place?

clamps should do fine but i would take it somewhere and see if they can help ya out. you could just get synthetic rope and then the ends would be easier to splice!

Cool, I don't plan on using the cable much (hopefully never)! 3/8x100' will give me 200' of reach now. Thanks
