Been outta town for about a week, so I'm slow responding to questions on my last fuel pumps post. Paul: I just disconnected the connector for tail lights and both license plate lights on the back, taped them up to the bed and then scooted the bed straight back after loosening the tank filler hose clamps(had to lift the bed over the back bumper to get it started). Tailgate and spare tire were also out of the bed. Bear in mind that I'm 6'4" and about 260 lbs., but even so the bed wasn't real heavy. Just pushed and pulled it back and over the rear tires to get enough access room for the front pump right behind back of cab. Worked great!
