7-wire trailer plug help needed

I need to switch my 96 extended Aerostar from my self-installed 4 wire flat trailer plug to a 7 wire, for new-to-me Coleman camper. It doesn't have brakes, but trailer does have its own battery. Is there an aftermarket plug/pigtail for this? I couldn't find any 4 years ago and was told the Ranger version was N/A, so bought the little isolator or whatever, and did it myself. Any tips appreciated. Thanks from Gene
