After a few years of collecting chrome for my truck, two house moves- one across the Atlantic to Europe (U.S.Navy), I have discovered I'm missing the two small clips that hold the windshield chome trim together in the center top and bottom of the window. They are about 2 inches long.
Does anyone have these clips???? I'd gladly pay for them! I getting ready to have the beast painted, and new rubber installed so I can install the chrome, but no clips! I'd run down to the scrap yard and fetch some new ones but I'm in Spain!!!!
Please email me off list if you can help me out.

PS: the trim from 1967 to 1978 are identical and interchangable

A juckyard is your only hope. The trim is stainless steel and will polish up nicley if done before you install it. A word of caution though, when installing the trim, it must be put in the grooves of the rubber gasket before installing the windshield.
While looking for those 2 end pieces should, I look for a pair of stock mirrors for you too. Those look like there from a 66 and a cut down frame. I do come across them from time to time or put on so nice aftermarket ones. my 2cents

Ha ha ha! Everyone hated those mirrors, I have since changed them out for stock ones! After the body work and paint job I will post pictures of the new 71_4x4_390 beast. It will be solid green. I'm dropping it off next week if the body shop can take it. I'll also post pictures of the driver's side floor board/body mount replacement I did last month, I took some good pictures to help anyone who wants to tackle a full blown chop and weld job.
