Oil Temp Gauge?
Hey all I have a '97 expy with a 4.6L. I just purchased a oil temp gauge and the directions tell me I have to drill into my oil pan. Does anyone have any suggestions on where else I could install this thing that has nothing to do will drilling?

I haven't looked at the Expy to see what the oil pressure sending unit looks like, but on some vehicles you can remove the oil oil pressure sender from the block, and replace it with a short piece of threaded tubing with a Tee on the end. Then screw both the pressure and temp sending units into the tee. Like I said, I haven't looked at my Expy to see if this can be done. But I have seen it done on other vehicles and it works well, space permitting.
