please help!!

I have two questions.
I just bought a 03 6 liter crewcab 4x4, while looking under hood I noticed a vacume line that is on the fire wall pasngerside that has a white T in it, the T part is pluged off with silicon, I do not think that is factory would someone mind looking at theres and tell me where that vac line is running on theres.

question #2
on top of the pasnger side head there is two what looks like heater hoses, one has a vacume opperated diaparagm that is not hooled to anything, would someone look on theres and see where it goes?

I know you are thinking that the two hook together but they are different sizes.

Please help me.

I tryed to post some pictures but cannot figure out how, can e-mail them if you want.

thanks all for your time,
Steve

Question one, someone before you had gauges, that "T" is for the boost gauge

Question two...see if you can find it here

vic line going to the heater diaphram has a line in the front and not one on the top (or back) there is a nipple but no line, I am going to go to a car lot tomorrow and look at another one to compair. Also the vac line with the T make sense that it was a boost gauge because the other side of the T is going to a sensor on top of the heater core. And there are other signs of gauges like some cut wires under hood along the driverside where the ele line going to the hood is, so I think that whoever had it befor me had some aftermarket gauges on it. But the thing on the heater line I cannot figure out, most of the ones that I have seen befor have only had one line going to it but they only had one nipple this one had two nipples and only one line going to it.

thanks all for your time,
Steve

definately a boost gauge hookup.

I would need to see pictures of this "diaphram", but from what you are indicating it sounds like a boost (hobbs) switch to activate a circuit (used for propane, nitrous, water injection, ect). I would really need a look to tell for sure, however.
