Engine dies after SCMT install
After the install, it idles real rough for the first 3 or 4 seconds. Then it idles smooth. When I accelerate slowly, it tries to die. When I accelerate hard, it really goes but dies when I take my foot off the accelerator. Any one else have a problem like this? Any ideas?

I set it back to the stock settings and the truck runs fine. I then re installed the high perf program and it started doing the same thing. So I'm back to stock now. The only code it threw was P0603, which I understand is common when you install a program. Do you think its my truck or the programer? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

To rule out the programmer - I'd be finding someone else with a PSD and trying it on that truck. If that truck runs the same way then you know it's the programmer and not your rig - that's the easiest way I know of...

I had to go back to stock, otherwise it wouldn't stay running. The book that came with it said once it read the vin from my truck, the only time I could use it on another truck was to diagnose for codes.
