Help with Trouble Code

Hello everyone. I've got a 1998 Ranger 3.0 V6 with 103,000 miles.

Last weekend I had an error code that said the O2 Sensor was slow to respond. My best guess was that one was going bad. At 103,000 miles I decided to just replace all three sensors. No point in trying to figure out which one was bad when all three were the same age. I had the check engine light and codes cleared.

I drove the vehicle all week with no problems. Yesterday, the check engine light came on again.
I had the code read at AutoZone this morning. It is PO455 Emissions Control Leak (Large). That code isn't in my Haynes Manual.

Our guess is that one of the sensors isn't tightened down enough. The right side and sensor behind the cat were easy changes at about 25 minutes total. The sensor on the driver side took me an hour. I wasn't able to get the wrench on it very good, so it may not be fully tightened allowing air to leak by. So I'll check and see if I can tighten it a little bit more. I was carefull to hand thread all sensors before tightening and only used the wrench to bring them snug. All sensors had plenty of anti-seize compound on them. And the sensors are made by Bosch-which I bought at Napa for the AAA discount.

Just to make sure I'm not having another problem unrelated to the O2 sensors, I was wondering if anyone else has had experience with that code.

***update, I may have found my own problem. This site is great, I found the link to the OBDII codes. I found the description on the PO455 code, and I started with the basics, and found that the wife didn't reconnect the fuel cap all the way. So I screwed it in all the way till it clicked and I'll see what happens from there.
