Low\No Power when cold
I just started having this problem with my '04 the last couple weeks. Before the engine temp gauge moves, I have virtually no power. I can have my foot to the floor and the truck barely moves. It takes about 20-30 seconds to get enough RPM's for the turbo to kick in. It runs great as soon as it warms up, it is not running rough when cold, just won't hardly move. Even this afternoon, it was upper 50's out, I let it run for at least a minute before taking off, and this happened.
This just started happening, hopefully this isn't 'within factory specs'.

I was going to guess fuel supply problem. Since fuel is electronically controlled, and standing on the accellerator is not producing revs......somewhere is a bad/missing signal. Just my .02. Good luck with a diagnosis and fix.
