Crew Cab Ranger?

Yes, they did make crew cabs with the Ranger trim package. Being that your truck is a Ranger, it should have some of the body side/tailgate chrome mouldings, and a fancier interior. Ranger was a trim package. For 1974, there was Custom, Ranger, Ranger XLT, and Explorer.

I also have a Crew Cab Ranger XLT. The Ranger should have the fancy wheel covers, exterior trim (race track or side), windshield trim, tail gate trim, radio and the dash should have the trim around the passenger's half of the dash.
