You need 2005 gril, header panel, bumper, headlights, headlight pigtail, plus painting for the bumper trim. I would say at least $1000 for new parts. Take off parts at a salvage yard would probably be cheaper.
I've seen the bumpers on ebay for $300. They come with the colored panel and are take-offs so you have to search for your color. I believe there are Chinese aftermarket grills too, though they probably aren't exactly right. The headlights are expensive and yes, there is some wiring change that has to be done for the plug on the lights. Fenders and hood are the same.
The header panel is news to me, but I'm just telling you what I've read elsewhere. I think you may get by without that, though mounting the headlights may involve some minor modification.
You can't change the grill without changing the bumper. The new grill is bigger and reaches down lower, and the new bumper hangs lower.
Maybe check the F-250 forum. Someone discussed the whole thing there in lots of detail.

Reason: adding stuff
I have a f250 (99) and i did it. X should be the same. If you have the money and patience it can be done. The headlight wiring is basic simple. you need the 04 f150 pigtail. All the bolts and screws of the old stuff will work on the new stuff- (Mostly) Its better to get the factory fog light brackets, its a whole lot easier and looks better than trying to make the old ones work. for me the hardest was removing the header panel, but patience is a key factor, and no special tools are needed.

Why not try a 1999-2004 super duty grill . it gives the
truck a different look and you can get a painted to match one.
with the painted one the bars going across look similiar to
a 2005.

That looks nice
There is a company on ebay selling modified 05 grilles that have been trimmed at the bottom to fit the 04 and down bumpers. The only thing is they are going for $400-$500
