Code P1400 - DPFE Low Voltage

Does anyone know what the symptoms of this code would be? I've read various posts that say a bad DPFE could trigger misfire symptoms, rough idle, etc., etc. I've been periodically checking for codes after reading that a code could be stored without a CEL and bingo! I finally got the little !#%^$#@!

check the ground, make sure its grounded correctly, if its a real problem (don't know symptoms) you can get bigger awg wire and ground it with a shorter ground and your V~ should go up.
