oil cooler?
Just a quick question, I was looking under the front of my explorer last night and I say some kind of cooler under the front bumper. Is this an oil cooler or is it a power steering fluid cooler.

If it's mounted on a crossmember just behind the fan shroud, you are looking at the power steering cooler. engine oil coolers came on 4.0Lw/tow package, and they were water cooled, and mounted between the engine and oil filter.
