Keyless Entry?

I have a 99 F-150 Lariat Ext Cab.
I just got a after-market alarm system installed with keyless entry control.
Before the system was installed my factory installed keyless entry stopped working.
The locks move as if they want to work but they never fully pop up or down.
What can I do to remedy this problem.

Do a search on locks. I think some others have had this problem and I can't remember if a little lube fixed it or they had to replace the mechanism.
