I Would Recommend The Lt285/70r17 Size If Your Using The Stock Wheels. They're The Same Heighth As A 33" Only Narrower Than 12.50".
Bfg...nitto...and Toyo All Offer This Size...

I found a 33X12.5X17 in Mickey Thompson tires. Don't know about quality of that brand or who makes them.

MT's are a good tire, but I can't attest to street manners, or longevity. BFG's are a really good all around tire. I just got some Nitto's but I haven't had them long enough to make an objective comment. I'm sure someone can chime in with some more info.

Mickey Thompsons

The Mickey Thompson , Along With Procomp, Dick Cepek, Are All Mfg'd
By The Cooper Tire Company. They Build The Majority Of The Speciality Off Road Tires, So If Experience By Numbers Is Any Account Of The Quality. I Also Carry Another Private Brand Made By Cooper , And The Procomp Line. Quality Has Been Excellent In Both Lines..mark

Depending on what you want to do with the tire. ATs or MTs
I love my Stones.
LT285/70R17 ATs 7.5-9" rim
LT315/70R17 ATs 8.5-10 rim
I personally run the 305/70R16s on my 01
