'COORDINATION Education'...
Try this:
Stand on one foot, and begin moving your raised foot and leg in a clockwise circle...
Now put your arm out in front of you (with your foot still going around in circles) and move your hand around in a clockwise circle also.
All good?
Then try this:
With your foot still moving clockwise -
Try to reverse the rotation of your hand (counter clockwise) without your foot stopping or changing direction...
Trust me - it is harder than you think!
Talk about a wierd sensation....

A couple of musical ones:
Beat 4 against 3...as in tap on the desk 4 times with the left hand while the right is doing 3 at the same time, so that the 5th and 4th slaps on the table respectively are at the same time again.
Good mnemonic device:
Pass the gold-en but-ter.
3 against 2 is really easy, at least for me...but then again, I've been playing classical music with 3 vs 2 for 6 or 7 years now.
