Question Heater not working

Need some help with my heater; 1994 F- 150 . I just notice than at normal temperature the heater don't get hot; the **** on the hotter it goes; it blows good, the A/C works fine. I check the dust door to see if it was stock but it looks good. It was working fine ; the temperature is normal don't know where to look.

Can some body give me a idea where or what to look at. I will appreciated. Thanks

Yes, they are. It's a new heater core. The heater was working fine till a couple of days ago.

Glad to hear you got it figured out! If the heater core is hot, the blend door is about all that's left to check.
