TIMING? PROB?
Also try checking your PCV valve, and your filters under the hood. These could all cause the problem you describe.
I know mine definitely runs better after the other morning. I decided to do a little test since mine is bogging down, and has a bad hesitation when you take off. I disconnectde te vacuum line off of the EGR valve, and it runs 100% better. That one thing cured all of the runnning / idling problems I have been having. But I replaced the EGR & EVP sensor when I dropped the engine in the truck 2 years ago.
