engine numbers? What engine is it?

I did searches and checked some links but did not find what I needed. The only numbers I can make out on my engine are D4VE then either a C or a 0...after that it is scratched off. Got the firing order #'s too bu they don't help do they? This is supposed to be a 460 but I want to make sure. Can someone help?
Just went out and found another casting (DOVE-C).

sorry but if that is a 385 series engine those numbers will not tell you the only ones that might distinguish between a 429/460 is the crank number or check to see what the stroke is. 3.59"=429, 3.85"=460 by like I said that is assuming it's actually a 385 big block.

thanks for that link. I definitely have the bolt pattern of the 429/460 engine on the valve covers...3 on top 4 on bottom. I just have no idea what year the engine is. At least I know it is either a 429 or 460 now, thanks.
