Another idea! How about bullet casings. Maybe saw off some 4-10 guage shotgun shells (carefully of course) and stick those in there.

I used Canadian dimes, they are the exact same size diameter, just thinner than US dimes. I didn't get them in the holes, I just crazy glued them to the end of the *****. Very unique look, I saw it in another truck before I did mine.

**** insert fix

Take a white plastic spoon and cut out a circle from the curved portion. Trim to fit, then glue it in the ****. Mr. Billy Pope figured this one out.
