Lightning wheels on 2000 Expy. Steering stop kit needed?

Lightning wheels on 2000 Expy. Steering stop kit needed?
Hi Guys;
Just ordered up a set of 2003 Factory Ford Lightning wheels to install on my 2000 Expy. Does anyone know if the new steering stop kit from Ford is needed? Its only listed for the F150, but I have a feeling it may also be needed for the Expy in order to prevent the inside edge of the rim from rubbing against the control arms.
Anyone know for sure?

Ok...
Guess I'm surprised no one has responded as I thought there were a few board members that had done this already and really wanted to know if there were any rubbing issues.
Guess I'll purchase the kit, mount the wheels, and see if the new steering stop kit is needed. I will report back in case anyone else is curious about this in the future and does a search.
By the way, I'm mounting Toyo Proxes S/T 285/60/18 tires on the 2003 Lightning rims.
