Hi-boy?
I would like to find out what exactly a "hi boy" is in the mid to late '70's Ford trucks. I see them advertised all the time, and think I may actually have one but have heard so many people call their truck a hi-boy and all it has an aftermarket lift or just big tires. Some people say that there are no F150 hi boys, some that there are no F250 hi boys (just a normally higher ride from the suspension). Can anyone tell me where to find the factory specs on these trucks (if they even actually existed) or what made up the "hi-boy" that is so popular? Thanks!!

Ok, I read the thread and all I found was a bunch of different guesses as to what this actually was. Is there anywhere that has actual FORD specs on what the "hi boy" and supposed "low boy" was. I would like to know facts, not just what everyone thinks their truck is.
