Another explorer door lock problem

I have a 96' explorer 4-door, with the keyless entry....first the doors would not lock using the key-fob., but the alarm would enable, and at this same time the autolock feature stopped working, i tried the enable/disable sequence in the manual but it would not finalize with the two horn beeps or whatever it is..now about 4 months later the locks will not lock using the lock button on either drivers or passenger doors, the one in the back is the only one that will lock the doors, they all including the key-fob. will unlock the doors......
