Yours is a 90 so they are similar but internal IP pressures and workings may be slightly different. It would work probably but not like the real thing. I would advise get the real one for your truck...... http://www.mwfi.com/ford_73.htm
The 7.3s have different IPs also after engine date 92.5, 93, 94turbo.
