This is my first post HI, oddly I found the link threw a Chevy site! Your site looks great.
I know were a ford courier is that I have been looking at for a gas saver. Its in pretty bad condition and would need some work but thats okay if the price is right. I think its a mid seventys model, its one of the smallest trucks I have seen in person.
I would like to know if any one here has done a engine swap to v8 like a 289 or 302? The frame rails are so close togather Im not sure if its possible. And is the truck based off another platform like the ranger? So I could use swap parts for that. How easy is it to get parts for this truck, are they rare? This is the only one I have ever seen, or at least noticed. If I did get it I would want to drop it a couple inches are there companys that make drop products for this?

Those were actually a Mazda imported for Ford. You may find more information checking out Mazda sites for the same years. We have had a few questions here mainly for repair parts. Time and road salt was very hard on those trucks. I saw one tho other day and the outer fenders were almost gone and it was laying smoke that would make a destr<! >oyer proud. None of the parts from Ford trucks will fit on them. AFAIK parts are very hard to find. You would be better off finding an old Ranger pickup.
