EBay for the intake, it was a one year wonder for the 54 Merc 256, Ford never offered it on the 239.
Also Edmunds and Edelbrock had them.
Try Reds for headers, he can build you a set if you have the peanut port heads.
In the long run you would be ahead of the dollar curve if you just swapped heads and intake from a 272 thru 312 as they bolt on as a complete swap.
