What years did the straight sixs have 2 barrel carbs and what size did they come in?(ex:350 cFm)

The 240/300 never had a 2 barrel.

I used to go to school with a guy that had a '80 F100 with a 2bbl 300. The truck was from Canada and had a motorcraft 2bbl on it. I always assumed it was stock. Is that right? The intake manifold didn't look aftermarket. I don't remeber if it had any markings or castings on it, it has been so long ago!
