Installed a body lift on my truck, you add the lift to the original bushings. The lift blocks are usually graphite so if you removed the original bushings your lift blocks would just be hammering themselves into your cab every time you hit a bump. You need to keep the originals to absorb shock... little word if advice, replace the company bushings when you do your lift.. they're usually pretty trashed.
