FTE Purchase Program Terms

Any FTE user will be able to purchase any new Ford (except GT, Mustang, and Escape Hybrid) from Suburban Ford for $200 below factory invoice. "Factory Invoice" is the amount that appears in the "Invoice Total" box of each official Ford Motor Company invoice. Those FTE users that qualify for A/D/X/Z-plan pricing through Ford will be able to purchase any vehicle listed above for their program price, less $200. This pricing policy applies to in-stock or factory ordered models. In-stock purchases will qualify for any and all Ford consumer incentives in effect at time of delivery, subject to customer qualifications and residency restrictions as set forth by Ford Motor Company.

No deposit is required to order or hold a vehicle under the FTE program. However, if the FTE user wishes to order a vehicle that, in Suburban Ford's opinion, is so unusually-equipped it would prove difficult to sell in Suburban Ford's market area, then the FTE user would be required to post a deposit equal to 5% of the ordered vehicle's MSRP. Valid forms of payment for deposit are personal check, money order, cashier's check, MasterCard, Visa or American Express credit cards. Such deposit is non-refundable if the FTE user subsequently cancels tier sale and the order has been accepted by Ford Motor Company. If the order can be cancelled by Suburban Ford with Ford Motor Company, or if the vehicle arrives on the Van Bortel lot and subsequently sells within 30 days, then the deposit will be refunded to the FTE user.

Trade-in are accepted under this program. The FTE member will provide an accurate description of their trade-in to Suburban Ford; in turn, Suburban Ford will provide an estimated actual cash value of the vehicle. The exact value of the vehicle will be determined once an appraisal representative of Van Bortel Ford has seen the vehicle, test-driven it, verified its condition, and obtained a satisfactory CarFax report on the vehicle. FTE users are responsible for providing a clean and valid title to the trade-in, a title free of liens, encumbrances and history problems.

Vehicles will be delivered to the FTE user at Suburban Ford's facility in Sandy, Or. Travel and lodging arrangements can be made in advance through Suburban Ford's FTE representative (Ernie, FTE user id: polarbear). Ample time will be allowed for the FTE user to inspect and test-drive their vehicle before payment is made. Acceptable forms of final payment are cashier's check, and MasterCard, Visa and American Express up to $2500. Alternate methods of payment are to be worked out in advance, and are subject to approval by the ownership of Suburban Ford.

Any FTE user, whether they purchase a vehicle or not, can buy a Ford ESP service contract for their Ford vehicle from Suburban Ford. They'll receive 10% off the retail price for PowertrainCare, BaseCare or ExtraCare plans, and 15% off the PremiumCare plan.
Users interested in pricing, availability or questions about this program should contact Ernie Knoellinger( FTE user id polarbear) in the New Truck Buyer section of the forums. Financing details, delivery, your personal information, order follow-up or status information should be handled directly with Ernie Knoellinger, not on the FTE forums.

Suburban Ford reserves the right to modify this program and its terms as markets conditions require. All attempts will be made to provide at least 5 days' notice of any changes, but changes may be made without notice if necessary.
edit: Due to a temporary supply shortage, '05 SD pickups equipped with the 6.0 PSD may not be available. This situation does not affect '06 factory orders or future '06 in-stock units.
