Power seat stuck

Hey

My power seat is stuck, the motor makes a noise and i can feel it torque, but the seat doesnt move.

Oh and by the way the truck is a 2003 Expedtion EB
Any ideas?

My 03 EB has done this several times. First time or two, they just put something back on track. Next time, they replaced a motor. The last time, they replaced the whole seat frame and the problem hasn't returned (knock on wood). All done under warranty.
