6.OL Vs 7.3L
I Have A 95 F250 With Almost 330k On It And I Was Looking At Getting A Newer F350 Crew Cab Dually. I Can't Afford A Brand New Truck So I Was Lokking At Some Used Ones With Almost 70k Left On The Factory Warranty...so My Question Is Should I Get The "newer" 7.3l Or Go With The 6.0?

Carefull this is very uneasy grounds.... It all comes down to you doing research... I will tell you that the 7.3 is a rock-solid bullit-proof engine....with good power and torque and is a consistent work horse. I haven't personally had much experence with the 6.0, so i'm not going to knock them... i will say that if you get a 6.0... be sure to get the extended warrenty.... you be the judge of that... here is a tread already started about the pros and cons of someone wanting to trade their 7.3 in for a 6.0... might want to check it out also.... https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/s...d.php?t=363014
