recently I had my smog control pump(scp) seiz up on me and I bought a smaller belt and didn't run it to the scp. Now my belt kicks off all the time and I don't know what to do about it. It looks like the tentioner and the powersteering pump don't quite line up with each other. Has anyone had this problem? If so how did you fix it
