I used my stock throttle cable. Bought a throttle ball kit for my holley, and it allow me to hook up the factory cable. I did have to make a custom throttle cable bracket.

Lokar has a 36" Throttle Cable. I used that. Had to make a bracket for a return spring though.
Lokar kickdown cable is nice, but my truck never kicks down. Just opens the secondaries and goes. Seems kinda useless to me.

TC-1000EFI36 is the part number I used. It has a clevis on one end and a screw clamp on the other and is 36" long.
Edit: I just received LoKars new catlog a few days ago and it now says to use TC-1000HT36.
