Customer Service? Where?
What is wrong with us. We constantly patronize companies that have poor customer service, and sometimes go out of our way to do so. We order stuff, pay outrageous shipping and handling fees at times, wait forever, receive damaged or wrong merchandise. I have been trying to get answers on trans parts. I want to use a TransGo reprogramming kit, and a Sonnax valve kit. I e-mailed the retailer that has both, I emailed Sonnax, and I placed 5 phone calls to TransGo. The e-mails get ignored and the phone just rings off the hook. I can change retailers, but not manufacturers. I would go with TCI for the shift kit, but they don't offer anything for a 4R100. Same with B&M. The only reason I was getting the Sonnax over a Diablo is to save on shipping by getting both at one place. Do you guys routinely go through this BS also? Why are we putting up with it. If we all stop buying everything tomorrow, how many companies will go under? Let's do that. Don't buy anything, anywhere, for a week, starting May 1st. This gives everyone time to tell your family, tell your friends. Pass it along.
