fuel injectors

i need to clean my fuel injectors, my '99 f-150 as about 117000 miles an as far as i know they have never been cleaned. i dont want to take it to the dealer cause they charge way to much, but if it is gonna be to hard or way to much work, the money might be work spending. any idea if i should try it myself or take it to the dealer??? if i do try myself, does anyone have instructions on how to do it and what to use? any info will be helpful, thanks
