Just curious, what kind of PSI do you guys run in your tires. I have 265/75 r16 load range D BFG A/T's i run about 35....max inflation is 65. Too low? How bout you guys. Tire size and PSI....

I have 285/75R16's LR D and I run them at 34 PSI. As long as your tires are wearing even, I wouldn't change it.

That does sound low. My LT265/70R17 LR C tires were marked on the door panel to runb at 36. My LR C tires on my 04 are supposed to be aired to 40. When I ran LR E tires on my 98 I ran them at 50. I would say somewhere in between 36 and 50. Probably around 42-44.
I was looking at some specs about Federal guidelines for low pressure alarms, and what you have in your tires would cause them to be going off.
Edit: Here is the site I was talking about. Part way down on the page is a chart of tire types and minimum tire pressures.

the ford spec say to put 30 up front and 32 in the back but i usually just run 34 all around. low psi is a killer on power and fuel economy.

265/70/17's goodyear wrangler ats's I run 55 in front and 60 in the back. Got 60,000 out of my first and just put new ones on. Theres probably 5,000 left on my old ones yet but I had to have new rubber this winter for snowmobile trips to Montana.

I would bet those are for P tires, not load range D LT tires. P tires run at a lower pressure.
