tire size chart

does anyone know where i can find a tire size chart on the internet that i can print out.

Are you looking for gear ratio/rpm info? Or do you want to know the height of tires based on their size?

height and width of tires for example: 235/65/15 what that would be in inches, i want a chart to print out so that i can have it in my shop for reference.

Offhand, I don't know of one. You could make one up pretty easily, though, if you use Excel.

In fact, if you give me a range of sizes, I'll make one real quick for you. You can get a free Excel reader if you don't have access to the full version.

The Tire Rack website has specs for the tires it sells, they vary slightly between tires of the same nominal size. Rim width affects the numbers, of course. I find it interesting that the standard rim width for measuring 32x11.5-15s is apparently 9 inches, though 15x9 rims seem to be pretty hard to find in the real world...
