I know nothing about an Ex or a 2-wheel 6" lift.

Go back to basics here. Did you install this lift? Did you change the driveline to correct angles. Lengthen the drive shafts? Does the Ex use a carrier bearing? When did this problem start?

One item to check is the slip yoke. When you shift down and excellerate you are unloading and loading the driveline.

Six inches would require a change to drive-shaft length and pinion angle.

I had ORW install list and they set pinion angle and had the drive shaft extended also Ex uses just one long drive shaft. I noticed it about a week ago Ex has been lifted for 3 or 4 months now. I have checked for something loose underneath and so far nothing.....thanks in advance Robert

Pull the drive shaft and lube the slip yoke. This will eliminate one possibility.
