shift on diablo predator

I have had a diablo predator installed in my 01 7.3 psd for approx 1 year now. I have always had it set on the tow safe mode (40hp). The other night I was going to try and change the shift points on the tranny and the predator said it can not do that function with the present program installed (40hp). Maybe I am totally mistaken but I thought that was one of the features with the predator.
