VIN number
k people, i have to warn you that this topic has to do with a chevy, but since this is the best vehicle forum i know of (because it deals with fords), i figured i'd ask here anyway...
I'm a member of our local flying club, and we recently had donated to us a heavy chevy truck, for use as a snowplow to clear our runway. Rather it had been a ford, but hey, it was free... Anyway, this truck came with NO info or documentation whatsoever, so all we know is that it's an eighty-something model Chevy 70, with a 454 under the hood. But it needs quite a bit of work, so we need to know more!! I have the VIN number, so can someone tell me what info i can get from it and how?
