Help changing fuel injector

Help changing fuel injector

98 2.5 liter 4 cylinder ranger. What parts (gaskets) do I need to change #1 fuel injector? Should I change just the one troublesome injector or all of them? Any other advice?

The injectors have an o-ring seal thats replaced with the injector, lub it before installing.

How many miles do you have? I would have them tested before replacing them all.

132,000 miles. Can I test them myself?
