I say go with the Centerline Wildcats (bottom left). I pretty sure that's what I will be using.

As for the blower, have you considered a centrifical blowre such as vortec, powerdyne, paxton. I they would be cool. Like a Paxton Novi 2000.

Im casting my vote for the roots. Twin screw sounds cool. Shaker scoop is good. What about the paint scheme?

dunno. . . How about reverse that. Purple, maybe a pearl purple, and paint in bone white tribal flames. BUT! Have them shade the purple/white border in such a way as to make it look like its casting a shadow on the white. Make it look like the purple is a shell being held about 1" from the white surface of the truck, like its skin is being peeled away That would look sweet. Are you really gonna mud a truck with a nice paint job?

muddin', ok. rock crawlin' not ok. The occasional chip isn't that bad tio touch up, just get any extra paint the painter mixed up. But rock crawling in those colors is a recipe for disaster. think rollover.

well i do my own paint and body, mud, rocks, trails, i dont care, i get dirty! and thats what this hobby is all about. id really not want to nail a pain job on a rock/tree, but if that is what happens so be it, its not like im takeing this thing to moab or rubicon, but then again its not going to be a fulltime street truck and it will never be on a trailer (unless i flip it like i did my Last Truck)

What are you running for axles? D60/D60 or D60/D70?

How about twinsticking your NP205 with 3:1 low range

I really like the shaker hoodscoop. I been thinking about one for my '77
with the "CJ" stripe.

What we have so far is

1. 429 CI With Blower
2. Shaker Hood Scoop
3. Tilt Front End
4. 3rd Door
5. Amps in the head liner
6. Late Model Dash
7. I’ve done the math and the largest tire I can do is 45”
8. Chopped top
9. These Wheels
10. twin sticking the NP205 with 3:1 low range
11. Bone White with super light purple tribal flames, ghosted in Or Purple, maybe a pearl purple, and paint in bone white tribal flames. BUT! Have them shade the purple/white border in such a way as to make it look like its casting a shadow on the white. Make it look like the purple is a shell being held about 1" from the white surface of the truck, like its skin is being peeled away

well that sounds like quite a truck. I didn't know you did all your own body work, so that makes it less of a hit if you roll the truck. maybe almost affordable. Paint isn't so bad in the cost, it's the labor. A paint job like that would cost somebody like me five large.
