pfogle is correct. It is still under warranty and I would let my dealer fix it. I didn't make it to the repairman today, but it sounds like what happened to my wife's 03 Taurus. Out of the blue the washer pump quit, the next day the windows, radio, rear defrost and the wipers themselves quit. Dealer kept it overnight and found a short. They repaired it and it's been fine since. I'll still try to find and answer, but I'll be it's gonna be you got a short.
