This is the only code i get in KOER. Everything else is system pass. It bugs me that I fixed ALL my other codes (thanks to you guys) except this, but I'll get it.
Okay, I have checked for vacuum leaks. I got my torch out and let gas out throughout the engine and no change in Idle. Maybe it's time to get a Vacuum gauge and see what actual vacuum is. The IAC has been cleaned, the TB has been cleaned, but to no avail. The truck idles at ~750RPM and has a slight 50RPM surge. Maybe this has got to do with that code. I don't where else to check...? Any tips/hints appreciated.

Oops, forgot to post what code 13 means.

Yes, that's what I was thinking of. What is the idle speed with the IAC unplugged? It may just need to be adjusted, even if you haven't moved it before. Maybe mark where it is, so that if it doesn't help the problem you can put the screw back to the same position it was in before.
Not sure what Idle is with IAC off. Will look into it. I might as well go ahead and clean the TB and IAC again while I'm at it. I'll give the throttle screw a shot as well. Thanks
Some thoughts - I have never had permanent results cleaning IAC valve eventually it needs replacement; Timming is not Difficult - locate timing scale on vibration damper and highlight scribing from 0 to 20 deg BTDC with yellow/white crayon etc locate timing pointer haynes or other resource hook up timing light to Battery and #1 spark plug lead, remove SPOUT jumper at Driver's side firewall, loosen distributer clamp bolt just enough to allow distributor to rotate slightly (w/o engine running) and set to specified timing on emissions label, usually 10 deg. replace SPOUT jumper and tighten clamp bolt - be sure engine is warm for this procedure. There was a procedure in early 88 manuals for adjusting the base idle w/o IAC connected but I haven't seen it in 95 books. Don't know if it would work for 93 or not but you had to normalize engine at higher speed and adjust stop screw within about 30 before computer bagan to take over. Good luck.
