chrome lug nut covers?

chrome lug nut covers?
anybody know where i can get a set of chrome lug nut covers for the front wheels on my 2000 f-350 drw 4x4?
i lost one of the hub caps and thought it would look better with a cover on each individual nut like big rigs have. all the big rig covers that i find are too big though. i understand our lugs are 21 mm or close to 13/16.

ok. went to all the truck part places and they just looked at me funny. i took one of each that one place had(20+) and tried it ibn the parking lot. none fit. i even got the 21 mm volvo type nut cover and it didn't fit. i've seen them on e-350 motorhomes before. they have to be out there.
