how do you disable the belt minder in a 2002-2003 E350 superduty? Is it the same procedure in all Ford vehicles with the belt minder? The dinging is killing me!! Sometimes its impractical to wear the belt, I know I should be wearing it and 90% of the time I do.

It should be in your owners manual - at least it is in my '02 F-250. It's a step process you have to follow - some silly thing like key on, headlights on, then off, then push the seatbelt release so many times, then..... Something like that. It was in my owners manual the step by step process.
For my 05 the procedure is as follows
Put the truck in park, close all doors, turn the key to on(not running). The seat belt light will come on. Wait for it to go off(about 60 seconds). When it goes off buckle then unbuckle the seat belt 10 times(buckle, unbuckle counts as one). After you have done that 10 times the light will come back on for about 10 seconds, after it goes off again buckle then unbuckle one more time. The seat belt light should flash several times. If it does you are done. Hope this helps.
Agreed, that works in older trucks. My bud's '02 350 is the same way, he just pushes the release and it stops chiming for about 2min. That does not work in my '05 250. Well, does not matter anymore since I disabled it, no chimes anymore but the light stays on a while.
I have a 05 and the post from CCTAKER works great..............no more ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding on the job sites........Thanks
P.S. Now how do you diable the key in ignition ding?????????????????
Just disabled the key in the ignition ding TODAY!!!
1) get a 1/4" x 3/4" piece of electical tape
2) get a 3" skinny screwdriver or awl
3) turn on the ignition but don't start the truck
4) in the middle of the three holes on the underside of the steering column insrt the screwdriver or awl. Pull the key assembly out.
5) in the socket where the key assembly was, put a piece of tape on the little contact.
6) Reinsert the ket assembly.
