Fyi...
Have replaced both transmission extension housing bushings & seals on 4R70W transmissions.
Both trucks had slight vibrations at various speeds-all fixed now!
Checked them by moving driveshaft up & down & sideways.

Found the transmission extension bushing for the 4R70W at Consolidated Transmission Parts, 866-798-8726.
Removed the transmission extension and took to Amoco and they pressed out the old bushing and pressed in the new for $5. Make sure you have the necessary clearance between the bushing & driveshaft yoke. I had to emery cloth the back side of the bushing due to pressing it in. Took a little off so as not to spin the bushing. <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com

>The bushing was worn to the point that the oil groves were mostly gone.
All is well-no vibration.
