So can you knock out the holes over the pocket and use them? If so how do you remove them? Do they knock out or can they be tastefully cut out?
Again Thank's
Well I just went out to my truck and took a flat head screw driver to the pocket covers and they just poped out. What a releif. Everytime I've ever touched something on a new vehicle myself it has always broken. But then again I've only ever owned GM products.
I called the two Line-X dealers in my area. One is $469 out the door and the other is $400 out the door. Both take out the bolts and include the bulkhead. I am scheduling for next week.
The covers just pop out with a flat head screwdriver or the like.
You do not want to try to remove the plastic bed rails. They are a real B&%#H to get out and then there are a ton of holes in the tops that the rails snap into. You would have to fill these in or live with the ugliness.
Picked up my F-350 PSD FX4 last Friday (official newbie) and need to get the spray liner. My question is, should I buy and install (drill holes for) my fifth-wheel hitch before getting the bed sprayed or doesn't it matter? Not sure if you'd recommend drilling the holes through the liner for the hitch after the fact. Probably not, but I really want to get it sprayed and start hauling. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
